TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ROSHVIK WELLNESS

1. General Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or engaging with our tele-consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Roshvik Wellness (operated by Roshvik Life Science Private Limited) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Medical & Tele-Consultation Disclaimer

  • The information, Ayurvedic/herbal products (including capsules, oils, and powders), and health advice provided by Roshvik Wellness are intended for general wellness and holistic management based on traditional Ayurvedic principles.
  • Products and tele-consultations are not intended to replace formal in-person medical diagnosis, prescription pharmaceuticals, or emergency clinical care.
  • Tele-consultations conducted by our experts serve as directional health guidance. Always consult a primary physician before starting any regimen if you have severe underlying health conditions.

3. Treatment Results & Expectations

  • Individual results may vary based on body constitution (Prakriti), lifestyle factors, compliance with instructions, and the severity of the condition.
  • Roshvik Wellness does not guarantee guaranteed cure timelines or identical outcomes for every individual.

Payment Options

Prepaid (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) options are available for accepted orders.

COD Restrictions

Orders rejected at the doorstep upon delivery may result in permanent cancellation of future COD privileges for that customer account.

Cancellation

Orders once dispatched from our fulfillment center cannot be canceled midway.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for physically damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Unboxing Proof

A clear, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and sealed outer box is strictly required to process return claims.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, product packaging, brand assets, proprietary formulations, and promotional materials are the sole intellectual property of Roshvik Life Science Private Limited. Any unauthorized copying or commercial distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

  • Roshvik Wellness shall not be held liable for any improper usage of products contrary to label directions or dosage instructions provided during consultations.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / New Delhi, India.
